Joseph W. Turner was born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio and the youngest of nine children. He has 3 daughters Dominici, Sheurka and Tanika.  Pastor Turner is the proud grandfather of 8 grandchildren!  

     He is the founder and pastor of New Chronicles Church of Restored Worship.  He served as an associate minister for 3 years at New Prospect Baptist Church.  He has helped several churches transition while they were looking for a pastor.  

     Joseph was ordained a deacon at New Jerusalem Baptist Church and licensed to preach the gospel at New Jerusalem Baptist Church.  He was ordained in the clergy by First Baptist Church of Elmwood in 2002.  In 2003 Joseph earned his Certificate of Study in Theology from Cincinnati Christian College.  He graduated from Temple Bible College and Seminary with a degree in Theological Studies in June 2013. He is currently an adjunct instructor at Temple Bible College.

     In 2007 he participated in a 16 week training program for Pastoral Care at Bethesda North Hospital. He has coached boy’s high school basketball at Western Hills High School and North College Hill High School. More importantly Joseph W. Turner is a born again believer in Jesus Christ!
